Vinification: is  traditional  with  which  you  get  by  soft pressing  the  juice  that  is fermented at a low temperature to enhance the varietal aromas and keep it fresh.

Colour: straw yellow.

Bouquet: fresh and persistent.

Taste: dry, fresh and pleasant.

Alcohol: 13% vol.

Serving temperature: 8 - 10°C

Best with: Excellent as an aperitif. It goes well with fish and shellfish; perfect accompaniment to hot and cold appetizers, meats and white meats.
