Soil: clay and limestone

Average yield per hectare : 90 q/ha

Vinification: is  traditional  with  which  you  get  by  soft pressing  the  juice  that  is fermented at a low temperature with second fermentation in autoclave.

Colour: golden yellow.

Bouquet: aromatic, orange blossom.

Taste: balanced, sweet and persistent.

Alcohol: 5 % vol.

Serving temperature: 6 - 8°C

Best with: traditionally indicated to accompany Christmas cakes and simple cakes, it can also be accompanied with cheese and tasty sausages.
