Vinification: is traditional with direct pressing of the grapes from which the pale pink color is obtained. Low temperature fermentation follows.

Colour: intense onion peel.

Bouquet: fresh and fruity.

Taste: fragrant and velvety.

Alcohol: 12,5 % vol.

Serving temperature: 8°C

Best with: it goes well with appetizers, canapés, dishes based on grilled vegetables and fish. Also excellent as an aperitif.
